About The Posivibe Project

Picture

The Posivibe Project was created by artist and designer Michelle Bernard as her undergraduate senior thesis project.  As someone who has struggled (and at times, still struggles) with self-confidence and anxiety, she wanted to create a project that could be therapeutic for both herself and others in times of personal hardship. From this initial goal, The Posivibe Project began to take shape.

The Posivibe Project aims to inspire and console people through their everyday hardships with positive, uplifting artwork. Each design involves carefully composed visual elements such as brightly colored backgrounds and hand-drawn black-and-white lettering so these phrases can be enjoyed both visually and emotionally. Whether viewed out in the community, in the gallery,  or in someone's home, she hopes to produce a cheerful, personalized vibe and have a positive impact on whoever encounters her work.
